Reiki Coursework:

Level 1 & 2 are ONE day each and you learn:

Level 1

Level 1 Reiki teaches you to harness Reiki energy for self-healing, with a focus on opening, balancing, and bringing focused energy specifically to the heart chakras. You will learn hand positions and techniques to treat the physical heart area as well as the surrounding energetic field of the heart chakra system. You also learn the history, principles, and basic hand positions to practice self-treatment.

Level 2

Level 2 Reiki delves deeper into the Reiki practice, emphasizing emotional healing and expanding the practitioner’s capabilities. At this level, you will be introduced to the realm of emotional healing, learning how to address not just the physical, but also the emotional and mental aspects of energy imbalances.

Levels 3 & 4 is a 2 day training. When receiving a Master symbol you must go back over all level and course materials prior to receiving new symbols and learn how to pace on the attunement and business resources.

Level 3

Level 3 Reiki elevates your journey to even more profound depths, focusing on inner transformation and mastery of the energy flow. This level encourages practitioners to tap into higher frequencies of energy, opening up advanced spiritual insights. It represents a call to greater introspection and a deepened commitment to personal growth and responsibility.

Level 4

Level 4 Reiki, often referred to as the Master or Teacher Level, represents the pinnacle of Reiki training. Here, practitioners are equipped not only with the tools to heal but also to guide others on their Reiki journey. It symbolizes not just the culmination of skills and knowledge from the previous levels but also the beginning of a new journey as a Reiki Master Teacher.

One-on-One Training:

Immerse Yourself in the Ancient Healing Art of Reiki In this full-day training (4–6 hours), you’ll learn the origins, principles, and proven techniques of Reiki directly from experienced teacher Alicia.

Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice, Alicia guides you each step of the way to becoming a Reiki practitioner. Her compassionate approach and deep knowledge create a safe space for healing and transformation to unfold.

Scientific studies confirm Reiki reduces anxiety, improves sleep, lowers blood pressure, relieves pain, and more by calming the nervous system. While not a cure, it is a powerful complementary therapy.

You’ll leave equipped to help yourself and others using this gentle, restorative ancient practice – from anywhere, anytime.

Level 1 or 2: $500

Level 3-4: $900 for both or $500 per symbol.

Level 3 and 4 degree are the only symbols that be received at at the same time

Small Group Training

Experience the Healing Power of Reiki in Community

Experience the Healing Power of Reiki in Community. Our small group Reiki courses allow you to learn alongside a warm community of like-hearted individuals. Not only will you gain skills as a practitioner, you’ll form meaningful connections and find support for your own healing journey.

During this full-day training (5-6 hours), you will learn how to teach and perform attunements on others wanting to utilize Reiki for themselves. With compassion and expertise, she creates a safe space for questions, hands-on practice, and profound personal growth.
