Week 1 - Motivation Monday

This week we will focus on grounding practices like breathwork, meditation, and journaling to support emotional and spiritual wellness. We'll set an intention for the month ahead and have a Q&A session to provide support.

Week 2 - Mindful Monday

This week is about nervous system regulation through embodied presence. We'll practice self-care and self-love rituals to embrace a growth mindset and tap into our strengths and interests to feed our souls. The focus will be on meeting your needs and developing security. Alicia presents motivating and inspiring topics of discussion. Explore the depths of diving deep into vulnerability and heart coherence exercises to empower your heart's call to action.

Week 3 - Mellow Monday

It's time to surrender and restore with restorative or yin yoga and reiki energy healing. We'll bring balance to mind, body and soul while discharging stress and tension. Bring balance and harmony to the chakras, nadis, and meridians; also known as your subtle energetic body. Connect to your body's wisdom as you create space to cultivate a compassionate sense of self-presence, patience, and acceptance.

Week 4 - Movement Monday

This week we activate and empower the body with Pilates, yoga, Barre or HIIT. We'll build strength and endurance, have fun moving, and improve mood. Gratitude will help us align from the inside out. Movement is medicine.

  • Starting in June will be raised to $44. We meet every Monday at 12 PM CST and every 3RD MONDAY 7 PM CST.
