Replanting the Reef: Impact Beyond Ourselves

A portion of proceeds from this event will support coral reef restoration efforts in the Florida Keys. These vital ecosystems play an important role in protecting marine life, preserving biodiversity, and supporting the health of our oceans.
Guests participating in the 5 Night / 6 Day Retreat Immersion will have the opportunity to visit a local coral reef nursery, learn about ongoing restoration efforts, and experience firsthand the impact of giving back.

DAY 5 | REPLANTING THE REEF

Today we move beyond personal transformation and into collective contribution. We will begin our morning with gentle somatic grounding movement, breath and meditation.
We will visit a local coral reef restoration center where participants will learn about the science behind coral restoration, ocean conservation, and the important work being done to protect these ecosystems.
Following the educational experience, we will enjoy a boat excursion to visit a coral reef nursery and snorkel among the reefs that are actively being restored.

The Retreat Immersion is designed for those seeking a deeper, more intimate experience. This all-inclusive option includes 5 nights of accommodations, transportation to and from Miami International Airport, all meals throughout your stay, and access to exclusive retreat experiences outside of the main conference. Retreat guests will enjoy a sunset dolphin boat cruise, an opening ceremony and water activation experience, a private beach legacy dinner, a visit to a coral reef restoration center, a reef nursery boat tour and snorkeling excursion, and a spacious integration day to relax, connect, and fully absorb the experience. Retreat guests also receive full access to the entire 3 Day Fiercely Fulfilled Life Conference, including morning wellness sessions, keynote speakers, interactive workshops, Heart Quest experiences, community networking, the community dinner, and closing dance celebration.
3 Day Conference Experience
The Conference Experience is perfect for those who want to participate in the core Fiercely Fulfilled Life programming. Conference guests receive full access to three days of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, leadership conversations, Heart Quest experiences, morning wellness sessions, community networking opportunities, the community dinner, and our closing celebration and dance party. Conference guests are responsible for arranging their own lodging, transportation, airport travel, and meals outside of the included community dinner. Conference guests do not have access to the retreat-exclusive experiences, accommodations, transportation, meals, or the coral reef restoration and dolphin excursion activities reserved for retreat immersion participants.
What Is Not Included
A Few Things to Plan For
Retreat Guest Only: Flights to and from Miami International Airport. Any personal shopping with on-site vendors, spa treatments which will be available during the experience or additional excursions outside of the retreat programming. Travel insurance, which we strongly recommend for all participants.
3 Day Conference Guests Only: Flights, ground transportation to venue, food, lodging and accommodations outside of the 3 day main event from the Nov 4-6th 2027 conference schedule.

Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy
Please read carefully before enrolling. By registering for the Fiercely Fulfilled Life Conference or Retreat Immersion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined below.
All payments are final and nonrefundable.
Due to the extensive planning, accommodations, transportation arrangements, venue commitments, staffing, and event expenses associated with this experience, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Retreat Transfer Credit Policy
If you are unable to attend, the following transferable credit options may apply toward a future Inspiration Is Life retreat within two years of the original event date:
61+ Days Prior To Event
75% of payments made may be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat within two years.60–30 Days Prior To Event
50% of payments made may be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat within two years.29–14 Days Prior To Event
25% of payments made may be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat within two years.Less Than 14 Days Prior To Event
All payments are forfeited and no credits will be issued.
Deposit Policy
All retreat deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are equal to 25% of the total retreat investment and are used to secure accommodations, transportation, staffing, and event commitments.
Payment Plans
All payment plans must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the event start date. Failure to complete payment by the final payment deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and any payments previously made.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of illness, travel disruptions, emergencies, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, travel interruptions, acts of nature, public health concerns, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control, Inspiration Is Life is not responsible for issuing refunds.
Event Cancellation By Organizer
The only circumstance in which a refund will be issued is if Inspiration Is Life chooses to cancel the event entirely and does not provide an alternative event date or transfer option. In such a case, participants will be notified promptly and eligible payments will be refunded.
